AWS helps GoQuo manage highly scalable booking engine platforms and processes millions of customer data to power real-time booking capabilities. We have been working with AWS since 2013.

Scalability of the platform

From the very beginning Bangkok Airways needed the platform to be able to handle the huge traffic they were expecting and also high number of bookings. The strategy was to go direct distribution with B2B focus.

The solution

Chosen to use cloud based auto scaling

We decided to opt for a highly scalable elastic architecture. Using cloud native services plus battle tested AWS services like EC2, S3, Elastic Search, Elastic Load Balancers, etc

We now estimate to be able to handle more than 10x traffic without any performance issues and smooth user experience.
